As an oboe teacher, I believe in a well-rounded approach that focuses on developing both technical proficiency and musical expression. The oboe is a challenging instrument, and I strive to create a learning environment that is supportive, encouraging, and tailored to each student's individual needs. My goal is to help students develop a solid foundation in tone production, breath control, and finger technique, while also exploring the nuances of musical interpretation and expression. 

I believe in the importance of practicing regularly and consistently, and I provide students with tools and strategies to help them achieve their goals. In my lessons, students can expect a variety of exercises and repertoire that are designed to challenge and inspire, as well as opportunities to perform and receive feedback. Whether a student is a beginner or advanced, my aim is to foster a lifelong love of the oboe and its music, and to help students reach their full potential as musicians.
